Shipping policy

Orders are usually shipped within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of your order and to the best of our ability (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays) by the shipping method selected at Checkout.

We ensure your shipment is accompanied by the necessary documentation required by the shipper and authorities in the destination country. 

We are not responsible for any delays to your order once is has been collected by the shipper from our facility.

Shipping durations provided are for indication only. During the current global pandemic, shipping durations may take longer.

All shipments are sent DDU. You will be required to pay the appropriate taxes and duty on delivery, where applicable in the destination country.
